It came to me with the dial a little cricked, also had a hard time just getting it to stay on zero but once it was set it works very well. It is large but the dial is easy to reach and from what I can tell is accurate. I would say that it is still a good product. I think they need to build it a bit better but I was more concerned about accuracy. Even my son uses it and he is only 45 pounds. Hopefully I can figure a way to get the lid off the dial so I can set it more straight. It does appear it will hold up very well.
